Les chercheurs ont d\u00e9couvert que l&#8217;exposition aux particules induisait une augmentation des comportements compulsifs et r\u00e9p\u00e9titifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour \u00e9tudier d&#8217;autres changements li\u00e9s aux TSA, les scientifiques ont analys\u00e9 le microbiote intestinal, la signalisation des transporteurs de dopamine, les niveaux de m\u00e9tabolites, le m\u00e9tabolisme du glucose et l&#8217;expression des g\u00e8nes dans le cerveau en appliquant un large \u00e9ventail de m\u00e9thodes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ici \u00e9galement, ils ont rapport\u00e9 \u00abl&#8217;induction de traits de type TSA en r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 l&#8217;exposition aux microplastiques\u00bb et \u00abont d\u00e9montr\u00e9 un lien entre la pollution de l&#8217;environnement pendant les p\u00e9riodes pr\u00e9natale et postnatale pr\u00e9coce et le d\u00e9veloppement des TSA, en cons\u00e9quence d&#8217;interactions complexes entre les facteurs de risque. \u00bb risque g\u00e9n\u00e9tique et non g\u00e9n\u00e9tique. Des \u00e9tudes ant\u00e9rieures ont rapport\u00e9 que l&#8217;exposition aux perturbateurs endocriniens peut entra\u00eener des caract\u00e9ristiques autistiques et que l&#8217;exposition pr\u00e9natale aux androg\u00e8nes peut alt\u00e9rer le d\u00e9veloppement du cerveau, rendant les hommes plus sensibles aux TSA.
